I was on amatriptoline for nearly 10 years to help me sleep but felt like a zombie all day so I took myself off it, with doc supervision first doctor said just stop them and god withdrawal was horrible so seen a different doctor and he just reduced till I was off. Feel miles better since came off them less zombie like and sleep better
