Correlation between Long COVID and POTS

I just read about a study done showing a correlation between having long COVID and developing POTS. I've been hearing about POTS more lately, so maybe this is part of the reason why.

Just diagnosed by the long covid clinic with pots/Dysautonomia after covid infection left me with unusually high BP and heart rate. I have these awful attacks where my chest/head/neck pounds and heart races and feel very out of it where my legs go, especially if I overdo things - which doesn’t take alot. I’m hoping Ivabradine will help with some of the symptoms.

contrary to what you may believe, I'm not an idiot. The reason that I mentioned mental illness is because that's the only other thing that I've heard called a trend. This is the first time that I've heard of a physical illness being called a 'trend.' And considering that POTS is regularly misdiagnosed as mental illness, it would make a lot of sense to think that they're comorbids. And you arguing that it's not a mental illness makes you no less ableist.
