i’m so exhausted all the time and i don’t know what to do about it. my physical health makes it hard to do anything which has a worse effect on my mental health it’s just a vicious cycle and i have no help, i don’t know what to do anymore

Hello Kira, I also have no energy. It's like I thought I knew what exhausted was and now the extreme tiredness I feel everyday is literally destroying my family and not one person even tries to understand..Is there something I can do to help this?
