I find that if I choose a few simple meals and keep the ingredients stocked in pantry and refrigerator it helps. I also make one pot meals and soups or casseroles when I have a little more energy to eat on for a few days at a time. I’m learning to freeze meals too so I can just pull out and heat. Be Well🌺

I have found it’s a baby step at a time in the right direction kind of process. I work hard on staying in the moment (The Moment is Always Manageable) and Not judging myself harshly when I feel like I’m falling way short of what I or others expect. I do the best I can in the moment and am learning to be more gentle with myself. Hang in there and celebrate the good days. Be Well 🌺

Have you tried the instant rice sachets or making bulk rice in the rice cooker then buying pre made bulk tubs of curry or similar or heating frozen veges in the microwave and adding protein and some kind of sauce /seasoning ? Batch cooking simple things? Then freeze and reheat ? Slow cooker chuck all in and set and forget Oven with timer Microwave Rice cooker
