Exercising during a flare: opinions?

what are people's opinions on still trying to exercise during a flare? I just recently found out that some of my health issues and frequent injuries are most likely due to eds when I went into a bad flare that's lasted about a month and a half now. I want to continue trying to exercise but don't want to push it and make things worse.

I have chronic pain, and I’m working with my doctors on finding the source/disorder/underlying cause. It’s debilitating for me. To even go to work during flare ups I have to wear back, knee, and ankle braces to make it through my 4 hour shifts. I personally can’t exercise during flare ups. if it doesn’t cause you too much discomfort I would just say it’s personal preference.
