Walking is a major go to for me. 30 mins or more.

Walking works well for me if the temperature isn’t too high. That and Restorative Yoga and Qi Gong have been good for me. They are very slow moving exercises.

Since it's summer, you can always try swimming. There's water aerobics and such, but it can also be good to just get in the water, be weightless/no gravity, and stretch out. It will relieve a lot of the tension on your body

I love water aerobics for my fibro! Especially aqua arthritis classes, they help so much!

I do a stretching routine from The Fibro Manual by Dr. Ginevra Liptan plus some exercises a physical therapist gave me that I can do laying down so I don’t get as exhausted as quickly

Check out sit and be fit. It's actually very helpful for people with medical conditions. Pretty sure you can still find the videos on YouTube.
