I have it as a chore. I don't really think about it as something I want or don't want to do. I have to do it like dishes, laundry, and picking up dog poop. It's the thing I do after i clean the bathroom and before i wash the rugs. It helps me to make a schedule of little things i do in order and check them all off for the whole week, more or less. One day i might do 100 things, the next day only 5. When the list is completely i start it over at the top. If i get it all done before the week is up i just relax. If it takes me longer than a week i just start over anyways. Put the most important first and the least important last. Like dusting ceiling fans... No body cares.

Don’t give yourself the option, it’s something I have to do- like wear deodorant, take meds, eat, brush teeth, etc.

Does exercising help? I also have fibromyalgia and when I exercise it puts me in so much pain and doesn't seem to help anything
