I haven't exercised since I started wearing compression stockings but I'd really like to go on the elliptical- should I wear the stockings? they kind of limit my leg mobility but im worried about standing for so long without them. then again I won't be changing positions a lot so idk... please help

      I do compression leggings. My pots dr at Vanderbilt told me that the most effective form of compression is anything covering your stomach. What has worked best for me is high waisted compression leggings.

      I would wear them. At least for me it really helps prevent the blood pooling and helps keep my joints in (eds)

      I would especially wear them while exercising, help control where the blood needs to be pumping

      Same, my POTS is in a mood right now so standing up to shower and change is my big workout of the day (also the EDS in my hips is painful) I don’t take my compression socks off at all if I can help it.
