my physio said I need to find different exercise I like and I like low intensity cardio but I live in a flat with thin floors/ceilings. anything like jumping jacks etc would be too loud for the people below me. any tips for what I could do?

@hello.its.me stretching can help a lot, too. Anything you can do will be alright. I can only walk a half-block at a time, so I walk a quarter and back as often as I can without overdoing.

Maybe walks outside? I do that, and I run my cubii. It's quiet and a sit-down elliptical. I also do what yoga I can. It all helps a bit.

@faerywyrm my physio plan is quite like yoga and I currently can't afford to buy any equipment sadly

@faerywyrm I walk outside a lot, but because I don't really have the capacity to do anymore than I already do (it's really hilly where I live and that can cause flare ups) my physio recommended doing something else on top of that.
