Excruciating Constipation Pain - Need Advice
Yesterday and this morning, I had felt the worse pain I've felt in a long time. I was super constipated to the point I had to push super hard and it felt like my stomache was about to explode. it was very excruciating pain, and I still felt it after wards. it makes me extremely nauseous and I'm just quite sure what I should do. I dont think the hospital I go to knows what's wrong fully, and I have this feeling there's something worse than just ibs....

Try Mag07. I take 2 at night and pooping is a breeze in the morning. It sometimes keeps me regular for a few days at a time. I'm still chronically constipated but it helps me get everything out when I've gone a day or 2 without pooping.
