Dealing with Excessive Sweating in School and Art

my hands are almost always clammy/sweaty im smearing ink/graphite while trying to write during school/drawing, my phone/paintbrush/almost anything im holding slips out of my hands, book pages/paper in general buckles and warps almost anytime im handling it (obviously thickness changes the output (but still)) dust/debris sticks to my hands (triggering sensory issues, that just makes it worse.) i also have the same issue w/ my underarms, yet its not as extreme/isnt much of a concern/isnt as noticeable- as i wear black the majority of the time (its my school uniform, +ive just gotten comfortable with wearing black 24/7) yet still an issue. (yes, i use antiperspirant deodorant.) whether its cold or hot im sweating- windy or humid,(obviously when its hot/humid i sweat more, but ykwim) ive always grouped it alongside my anxiety, yet recently ive been wondering if its something linked to hyperhydrosis, or something similar to that. ive seen products that can reduce sweating on the palms, yet im worried id end up drying/irritating my hands (i dont have sensitive skin, (aside from the sensitivity i create myself by picking at my nails and cuticles :/)) any ideas? (ahhh sorry i wasnt aware i wrote this much until i reread it
