8 Years of Excessive Mucus - Is There a Solution?

Does anyone else have excessive mucus in the throat? A bunch comes out in the mornings and a little throughout the day. I’ve had this for 8 years now and no answers. I’m trying to limit gluten and think that may be helping. I eat eggs a lot so maybe it’s that too. If anyone has found a solution please lmk

      @A424 huh, I get severely dehydrated due to other conditions so maybe I'm just ~special~ lol🥲 Without knowing your background/lifestyle, it might be hard to know what the cause is, but I hope you find a solution soon!

      I notice it more if I am dehydrated when I go to bed. I think maybethe mucus is a response to reflux during sleep, and drinking a small glass of water always reduces my morning reflux, but either way the glass of water seems to lessen the amount of mucus in the morning for me

        @Cloudlight I know that i’m not dehydrated for sure…I thought that acid reflux can cause this but i’ve never met anyone else who has this problem bc of that

      yes, i’ve had this before with GERD in combination with allergies too! it can be annoying for sure
