Excessive eye watering after taking pilocarpine

Yeah that could mitigate it. I notice for the first hour or two after taking the pilocarpine I sweat like crazy, am incredibly nauseous, both hot and cold at the same time, sometimes I shiver and tremble and always have the mood swings. The tiniest thing will set me off and always with my wires crossed. I also over salivate before leveling off to a normal not dry mouth but not drowning in my own saliva level.

I have bad mood swings in general but I’m not sure if I’ve noticed them getting worse on the pilocarpine, honestly. Maybe slightly? I’m on a mood stabilizer already so perhaps that’s helped keep me steady?

Do you get severe mood swings with the pilocarpine? I feel like my wires get cross for example crying if I’m frustrated or angry and laughing if I’m sad.

I don’t have this side effect but I also have severe dry eye to the point where I use prescription eye drops (restasis)
