Ex wants to talk again after 3 months
it has been almost 3 months since we broke up. I have been doing really good recently, like I haven't cried in a while and I could eat again because my anxiety has finally subsided
Then I'm at work and I get a message from her, that she misses me and wants to talk agian.
I was so pissed and just started crying now I feel anxious agian. idk what to do
