I've noticed that my asthma symptoms, when I have a flare-up that lasts several days, are always worse in the evening. Do any of y'all experience that? Aside from just being tired from the day's activities, can y'all think of any reason for it?

@lozzer24 So you're saying that, when I'm in an asthma flare-up, something I eat in the evening makes it worse? The pattern I've described has happened for the last 20 yrs. I don't always eat the same thing in the evening. And this happens regardless of what the weather is. I'm just wondering what it is about evening that makes my asthma worse.

Literally me. Interesting fact, how the moon affects the gravitational pull on the rising and lowering of the tides, so it has the same affect on some asthmatics. My flare ups though last anywhere from several weeks to up to a couple of months at a time.

@SueLaBear Idk what the moon has to do with this. My flare-ups have nothing to do with the position of the moon in relation to the earth.

Some individuals have mentioned that their asthma symptoms get worse in the evening due to factors such as allergies, dust mites, or pet dander. These allergens can build up in bed linen and cause issues when one goes to bed. Additionally, asthma and allergies often worsen during the 8 pm to 11 pm cycle.
