How to Talk to Your GP About Erythromelalgia Symptoms

I have all the symptoms of eythromelagia how do I bring it up to my GP ? I've had problems with my feet for around 3 years now but it was always just blamed on fibro my current GP also isn't very supportive

Take pictures and tell him you think you have it. If he's not willing to treat it, ask for a referral to a Rheumatologist
