So, debating whether this is an ER trip or not. I have so much inflammation in my sinuses that I can't breathe, even with tons of menthol, taking a dose of aspirin, taking an antihistamine medication (just in case it was allergies), and my Albuterol Sulfate inhaler. I don't have rescue medications or steroids. The only PRN I have is gabapentin or hydroxyzine (Atarax). This is day four or five, and it has progressively worsened. I am on Medicaid, so ER is covered 100%, thankfully. Thoughts?

@SJP I'm glad that you are being proactive and getting emergency help! If you don't have one already, a pulse oximeter might be useful for checking/tracking your oxygen saturation. I hope that everything goes smoothly for you and that you recover quickly!

You should go ahead on to the ER. Don’t continue to suffer. If you’re on immunosuppressants you already know our bodies need extra help when it comes to fighting infections; OTC alone just won’t cut it. You need antibiotics.
@Mizztee63 No immunosuppressants yet, or steroids of any kind. Already sitting in the ER waiting room 🤣 Thanks so much though 💖
