yoga… Reading… Art anything to just “relax”. None of it is working and my epilepsy is still acting up. And like I said my medicine is only working so much, and on top of that it gives me a really bad reaction. Makes me dizzy it makes me feel like I’m going to throw up all day, and it makes me really tired.
