Need information on eosinophilic asthma

I was recently diagnosed with eosinophilic athsma. does anyone know about this?

It means you have a high level of white blood cells (eosinophils). These cells help your body fight infection and also indicate when there is an infection. This is a fairly strong form of asthma. You can love a long, happy life. You will likely need to go on a steroid course and an inhaler. I'm not a doc, but I am a medical transcriptionist. Wishing you well. ❤️

Hi! I don’t have eosinophilic asthma, but I have hypereosinophilic syndrome. My doctor does treat patients with eosiniphilic asthma. I have found a lot of information about both illnesses plus eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE) on Instagram by searching the hashtags.
