Tbh I gave up and started wearing incontinence wear. That alone has been really helpful in reducing the stress surrounding the situation and has actually made it easier for me to either get to the bathroom before it doesn't matter anymore or clean up after an accident. If you do go that route I highly recommend using baby wipes instead of toilet paper
