Enlarged liver and spleen, possible RA or sarcoid related

My spleen not larger I have a cyst Dr said not to worry should I worry?

My rheumatologist called with the results but wants me to consult with my primary doctor who is also a pulmonary doctor. He helped me with my sarcoidosis diagnosis about 10 years ago. The symptoms for that had gone away but who knows when you are dealing with multiple autoimmune diseases

I have been having intermittent pain in my right abdomen & did an ultrasound

Left side. But in 2019/2020 they reconized that my lymph nodes in stomach is enlarged. A lot going on

I found out that my liver enlarged. They said fatty liver. But one time I did it, it shows and another time it doesn't. I did CT and a ultrasound
