I really wanna start working out more and getting in shape but all the workouts I enjoy and want to do end up leaving me in a lot of pain. how do I find workouts that I actually enjoy that aren't too hard on my joints?

      I walk 2-3 miles a day, not all at once but throughout the day five days a week or more, a month ago I included my swim/spa day which is early Sunday morning for 30 minutes, bonus is 10 minutes each of hot tub, steam room then dry sauna WOW it’s a wonderful bonus. I’m so very thankful I am still active and have found this weekly healing therapy works great for me. 🙌 🙏
