MamasGotYarn, in addition to keeping a steady blood sugar you might want to mention an anti-inflammatory diet to your doctor as well as intermittent fasting. Another super big one is mentioning Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). Also, is it possible that you have long COVID?
Deborah have those helpful hints actually helped you in any way bc they haven't helped me one bit, doctors keep suggesting it but it legit does nothing for me
I can't help but laugh at this...man I've tried everything

I started using a non psychoactive cannabinoid called THCV and it’s been helping with my energy.
Definitely your B vitamins, especially B12.
Try keeping your blood sugar even though the day. Be certain to eat every four hours (snacks/small meals) and include even amounts of protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Fiber as well. Look to follow a classic diabetic meal plan. Also avoid foods that promote inflammation. Going luck.
