Feeling Frustrated with Energy Blockage

Anyone ever get this weird feeling like they FEEL like they have all of this energy inside but they can’t act on it? I have no idea what is going on right now and it’s so frustrating.

Yes! Especially when I'm coming out of a depression, like recently. Part of me is ready to do stuff and the rest is still too tired or dormant or something. I want to scream at my body to get going, times wasting! Frustrating.

i get that sometimes too. where you feel almost like electricity racing through your body but your brain is tired and unmotivated so you cant do anything about it.
