Yes. Overweight, and have been through lengths of time without periods, as well as one God awful 1.5 yr long period

I was told you can't have endometriosis whilst not having periods. Yet I got all the signs of it. So is that untrue then? Because I'm confused

you can have endometriosis without having periods. It’s found in post menopausal women and it’s found in AMAB

you definately can. I don't have periods due to the mirena coil and my Endo has never been as bad

that is untrue. While most people with endo have heavy bleeding, not all do. There are multiple reasons that you may have endo but no period, including having an additional hormonal or reproductive issue. Endo can attach to your intestines or other organs, it's even been found in the lungs. So you can have absolutely Endometriosis pain, without it being uterus/ovary pain & bleeding.

Thank you. Because I feel like I am going insane. Because nothing else really seems to fit.

of course. I sent you a few links through dm to hopefully help! Some are more scientific/harder to read, but it may be helpful to bring that info in to your Dr to read!

Both, I'm overweight and I don't have periods due to the mirena coil. I still suffer with the same pain as I did whilst bleeding. I just don't have the nasty bleeding part anymore.
