Endometriosis and Vomiting on First Day of Period

Does anyone else with endometriosis throw up the first day there period starts? It doesn't happen every month but quite often. It's always with extreme cramping pain also.

Yes. Throw up and have IBS flare and sometime pass out. Being on depo-provera has helped manage the symptoms so they’re more tolerable now.

Uggg glad I'm not the only one. Just discovered that I have endo and was wondering why I get such bad cramps, nausea and horrible fatigue when I'm ovulating and before period. Which is basically 2 weeks out of the month...ugh! And the bleeding is so heavy, like why do women have to go through this

Yep, I would throw up till I passed out (literally). That’s why I’m on continuous norethindrone and have had 2 surgeries
