Endometriosis Symptoms: Mild Pain but Many Other Symptoms

Anyone else have endometriosis and didn't have severe pain just mild/moderate pain? I don't fit the typical pain symptom group for endo. But I have so many of the other symptoms. (Bloating, digestive issues, pain when going to the bathroom, abdominal pain, fatigue, almost non existent periods, etc) Still trying to get diagnosed.....

Honestly I’m in the high pain range, but my friend was not and she was diagnosed with Endo. She didn’t know for years she even had any pelvic health issues.
