Struggling with New Endometriosis Medication

Hello! I am currently struggling with a new medication for my endometriosis and the side effects it has caused me. I am a college student and it's a lot to handle. Hoping to connect with people who understand how hard it can be because my family does not.

Id like to add for anyone suffering with Endometriosis. Ive had it all of my life, diagnosed as a teen. But it was not until almost 30 that I discovered Depo Provera. Its a 3 month injectible birth control that keeps most from menstrating. My Dr 1st went in laproscopically and removed the implants. Because I had it in the 4th phase or stage so I had Endometrial tissue everywhere. So I nolonger bled after and It saved my life. Otherwise I was in excruciating pain, anemic and bleeding 2/3 a month. Its worth a try. It was the only thing that helped me!!! Bless you all!🙏❤️🙏

I was on depo for most of my years in college and while it helped, it wasn’t enough for my endo. I had excision and continued depo which was the right combo of things I needed.

I've been struggling with endo for a decade now and dealing with all the medication chaos that comes with it... Sending love and support ❤️ Endo pain can be next level and I feel like there's just no way to explain it to people who haven't experienced it

Hello! I am also a college student, I don’t have Endometriosis but I have been having a lot of issues with my leg that has been getting increasingly worse. I completely understand the frustration. It is really difficult to plan a college schedule around the doctors appointments and the symptoms.

the unexpected pain is the worst. You think you can have a productive day, but no! Or the pain is so bad but it's a test day and you have to choice but to struggle through and not do your best because your in pain..
