Dealing with Endometriosis Anxiety and Infertility Pressure

I’m really anxious and stressed about my endometriosis 😥 I keep having a lot of pain with intercourse and I’m scared that I won’t be able to have children one day. I feel quite pressured into having kids early because of the chance of infertility but I’m only 21 and I don’t want kids yet 😓

Go to your doctor and they could give u vaginal dialators. Unfortunately they havent worked for me but they might for you

I know its frightening, and I get pain during intercourse too due to this so I'm not trying to invalidate it at all but are you stressing during sex too? Because if you're tensed up and tight it can exacerbate that pain

it does make me quite anxious and I’m always stressed with mental health stuff, but I try my best to relax first. I’m sorry you get this too 💕

I was in the same boat with the painful intercourse. And as other person said try looking into pelvic floor exercises it helps with me. Plus I managed to have a child at the age of 31. So don't feel pressured into having kids at 21 you are still young and need to live your life 💕☺️

From what I’ve read it’s around 30% of endo patients who experience infertility, so overall a relatively low amount. Many go on to have kids successfully 🙂 Also, look in pelvic floor PT for the painful intercourse! It can be very helpful
