Ugh I know. I had a lap back in April and definitely think it was done wrong. And I have kaiser so gotta stay within network. Drives me NUTS.

I just found a specialist about an hour away from me and her first opening is in April. So I’ll be patiently waiting. It’s super frustrating. I had a lap back in April of 2021 and ever since have had these terrible gut wrenching spasms almost every single day, I’ve been told it’s just my body getting used to the IUD but that doesn’t make sense anymore. I’m knocked on my butt most days because of this pain. It’s ridiculously hard finding a doctor right now

My gyno rn is great. She isn’t an endo specialist (my insurance wouldn’t vibe with that) but she’s treated it before and was very knowledgeable. She did a lap and then put me on orlissa to try. She also was receptive to my need for pin relief and prescribed tramadol for the months wait between seeing her and the surgery.
