I wish that for us

I'm in the same boat, stage IV endo (including rectovaginal endo) and vaginismus/dyspareunia. My partner and I just don't do anything penetrative very often, and he's really good about aftercare when we do. There are lots of ways to be intimate without penetration, it's definitely worth exploring with your partner(s)

Early stage 3 and yes I can have sex without pain. Excision + PT + good lube

I find that if I get oral first it relaxes my pelvis and he can slowly stretch me out with his fingers. And if necessary I'll wrap my hand around him so he can only get halfway in.

Try the OhNut! It helps control how deep your partner can go inside to keep it from hurting. Pelvic wand can help you release tension in your pelvis.

I don’t what stage I’m in but me and my husband do more oral this might be tmi but when we did try I bled every time and it hurt but they did a d and c on me too

For me certain positions hurt worse than others, missionary (with a lot of lube or foreplay) is one of the only ones that I can do without extreme pain. I still bleed the day after and have some discomfort but if I want to be intimate with penetration it's something I just have to deal with

A bumper helped us for some of the "deeper" positions. We found one at our local place that was ~1" thick and that seemed to help a bit. Past that, some explicitly foreplay things were great too, if you're comfortable not going "all the way," so to speak. I feel like i struck gold with my partner since I got my diagnosis while I was with him, maybe 1 year in at most lol. There are good ones out there, i promise. ✨

My Endo is stage 2, so it depends on the day and if im already in a flare up whether I have pain during/after or not. Honestly u just have to find a partner who is understanding of the fact that it happens. My boyfriend is very understanding and provides aftercare, as most of my pain is after sex. When it occurs during we just have to take it slow, as most of my Endo symptoms don’t ruin intimacy.

there is 1 time in my life where sex wasn't painful and i have NO IDEA how, i think it was the position, but besides that i'm pretty sure i'm asexual because being my endometriosis has made it feel impossible to have sex to the point where i don't even want it anymore because it always gets ruined. something i can tell you tho is LOTS of lube, be ontop, go SLOW, and do not let said guy go too deep.
