Looking for a tag to wear in case of emergency

This year Im looking to get out a bit more, mostly on walks and groceries. Im going to be getting a walker and will almost always be with someone, but Im also looking for a tag I can wear that says my condition so if I faint and that person isnt there a bystander can be directed to call someone and not an ambulance. Do you guys have anything like this and wear did you buy it? I heard they were a thing but dont know where to look.

I got a road I’d. I first got it when I used to run and lived alone. I was always worried I’d faint or go into anaphylaxis while jogging or on a trail. I don’t workout like that anymore but that peace of mind is still great! Make sure you look up the right info for them if you go the medical id route

I have a Road ID which is a little engraved metal thing you can put on your wrist or neck. The one I have fits into my Fitbit that I rarely take off. Mine has all my major diagnosis, my name and my allergies

I found an "urgent medical notice" card that says "I have POTS" on both amazon and etsy. I think the card is teal if I remember correctly
