I tried it for a few months and honestly it didn’t work for me, but I tried a different version of it called havening and that was an absolute MIRACLE! Definitely look into havening for ptsd!

I'm doing it now and it gets intense at moments. But my therapist is really good and stops if I need too. The flashbacks can happen so make sure you have solid coping skills tools or a person to reach out to in a crisis situation. Thats my bit of advise. Good Luck if you choose it but it is a good release!

I tried it but the therapist I had wanted to move to quickly with it, and it was way to intense for me. I think it would work better now that I'm not in active crisis all the time, but that bad experience made me not want to try it again, even though I have a better therapist now.
