I used to be 22stone (139kg) I am now 14.6stone, lost 10inches from my waist. If I can do it, you can, I cut out crap from my diet, I am disabled so exercise wasn't something I could do. Despite having issues doctors can't seem to diagnose after countless tests, I'm still here. It's still keeping me afloat everyday!

Even when it isn't working right, it's still doing everything it knows to keep me protected and safe.

It stayed alive and hung on when my mind didn't think I would survive. I went from not being able to stand on 2 feet to now working full time and going to the gym. That's an insane transition

It's the only one I've got, gets me from point a to point b day after day, and sometimes I even feel photogenic!😁
