Struggling with Doctor's Lack of Concern for Elevated Platelets
Does anyone else have trouble getting their doctor to care about their elevated platelets? I'm 33 years old and just found out my platelets have been elevated since I was 16 and it wasn't even mentioned. Now I have a large bruise across my back with no injury and my doctor said it's "not of any concern" 🤦♀️

#1 you had bruising and the doc said not of any concern. What! That doc isn't right. I have the ttp....so I have all the bruising in my body. I have clots and bleeding under my skin.
