Has anyone ever tried the electrolyte/hydration powders to help manage fibro or migraines? I've tried just about everything I can think of but this crossed my mind today and I've been researching brands so I figured I'd do some crowd sourcing here too!

I have! I might have POTS (still waiting on final word from my dr) which is why I started taking electrolytes. But it has helped with my fatigue, so I’m not sure if that’s related to POTS or Fibro. I don’t think I’ve noticed much a difference in pain levels, but I definitely feel better when I take electrolytes, especially trying to drink them right away in the morning. I used to feel super foggy until about 2Pm but I’m feeling a bit more normal. I drink LMNT. It’s a good bang for your buck if you want a lot of sodium (I do). They also let you buy in bulk which saves money too! So it’s a good one if you think you’ll take them regularly.

Electrolytes help with my headaches! I haven’t found a brand I can stick to but I love sport water like Gatorade, Propel or Body armor

I have. It can certainly help for fend off migraines outside of my cycle, but the only thing that really kicks my migraines is sumatriptan. It has been game changer.

Liquidiv is a lifesaver for me. I like all the flavors but lemon lime and tamgerine are the best on a nauseous stomach 💕
