I completely understand I just learned I had it last month. The thing that has made me feel better is realizing it just has a name now but you have been living with it before it had a name. Not changed you just have answers now

I have to get foot and ankle surgery next summer because my foot turns in and my ankle pops in and out to much has anyone had that surgery

This is probably a weird question but I’m eating crackers right now and I’m pretty sure my jaw is not like dislocating but like you know what I mean like popping and it hurts and it’s like I have to push on it to get it back in
