Effexor Xr and Anxiety: Is it Working?

I have been on Effexor Xr (300mg) for just over a month. still waking up with some anxiety. Does it take a bit longer for this medication to work fully?

Hi. Im not on anything so I'm not fully sure but I have heard it can take up to 4-6 weeks. Has it helped at all? Have you asked your doctor about it?
