It’s helped me with pain and anxiety. I take it at night with my other multivitamins. I think it’s a try it and see drug.

Different for everyone. For me, I actually have ADHD & Anxiety and getting assessed for depression. It actually helped my anxiety a teensy bit but now it has worn off. The worst part about it imo is the withdrawls if you forget to take it for a day. Yikes, those are like crazy I feel like im passing out and my brain is all zappy

Exactly!!! I hope it works for you! I just really wish someone would have told me when I asked about it they gave me the good and the bad. I truly hope it helps and works! It does work for some just not me.

I just got off of it, I was on it for nerv pain but I’ve never been happier to be off of something. While I was on it I started having OCD (symptoms)(side effects) really not sure what to call it. It overall made my anxiety and depression much worse. I say give it a shot and I really hope it helps you but be aware of how you are feeling. Be careful to take it correctly and make sure you do not miss a dose.
