I would advise walking more; on top of helping burn calories it will also allow you to appreciate your community more, increase the chance you will get friends/acquaintances and will help reduce depression

A lot of weight can be stubborn to shed because of certain chemicals/missing nutrients in your diet. Try taking a look at what you eat (even "healthy" foods can have surprising nutrition labels). But also remember health is not about numbers! Managing your diet and excerise is about feeling good inside and out. You can do it!
