Pelvic floor physical therapy helped so much but it was a LOT OF WORK. I did exercises and stretches every day for months with the guidance of a specialist. Eventually I was able to have no pain with intercourse. Since letting myself lapse on the exercises and stretches I’ve backslid, but I know it can work.
