This happens to me! I think it’s from my POTS (POTS causes temperature dysregulation) and Raynaud’s.

Do you think it's possible I have POTS?

Possibly! POTS is a common comorbidity of EDS. Does your heart rate increase upon standing? Do you get dizzy or lightheaded while standing, upon standing, or changing position? Does standing for long periods of time cause fatigue and pain? Do your feet/legs turn red or swollen from blood pooling while standing? Does your blood pressure rise or drop with standing? Dysautonomia international is a good website to find information

I have the dizziness, the fatigue when standing up for long periods of time and high heart rate but I'm not sure about the other symptoms

Definitely look into POTS. That sounds a lot like it tbh.

I would say it’s worth looking into then!

yes!!! but i would definitely look into POTS and raynauds. both are common in EDS and can cause these symptoms. i have both and my limbs are always freezing cold!
