      @SAMHAIN I was just trying to be helpful i tends to absorb information in detail and tend to regurgitate i was genuinely trying to hug be helpful. You didn't have to be rude and nothing bothered except your obvious personal attack and I honestly think you might be projecting but I'm no doctor, I honestly wish you the best. I've seen your behavior towards others as well and of you bm keep don't it then people will likely shut you out.

      You can actually email the address they provide on the playstore and they're pretty great about getting back to you! I emailed them about replies for comments and a report feature and they responded within a couple of hours asking for any other feedback I might have on how they can make the app better. They were really fast in implementing it as well if you go that route. It only took a couple of days and I saw changes in the app. The only thing I would say is to try and catch them on a weekday rather than a weekend ❀️

      I cannot follow your grammar, sorry. I've been in Service Industry jobs for over 15 years, was previously in IT UI/UX, and am currently in IT Network Admin. & Cloud Security. The client's/customer's opinion of the product definitely matters to any agency not destined for failure. Not really sure what the πŸ”₯ you're on about with that godhead you've got on there, lol, but you'd probably see better if you took it off. If you've worked in "customer service" re: IT and you don't know ITIL or understand that ITSM is *subjective* then you should probably stop speaking on a subject of which you're ignorant. I'm covering all bases, nobody said I haven't/am not going to send an email. If the idea of what I'm doing bothers you, stop coming back to read it. Posting replies is giving me engagement so, thank you for your π’”π’†π’“π’—π’Šπ’„π’†. πŸ™

      Go to the "you" tab and tap "help" near the bottom there is an option to soak to someone. The system will send you an email giving you a option to reply via email or to open this app to chat with the customer care.

          @SAMHAIN yeah, working with customer service before that's not how it works. Then there's this thing called mob mentality whether people will fallow because suggested so. Alike is working on stuff they're as you be have probably noticed the introduced replies before you posted original post
