Struggling with Edema in Hands and Feet

Watch your sodium intake especially on packaged foods. Try wearing compression socks. Elevate your feet often during the day.

Hi, I have had a swelling problem forever....what makes it worse is not sleeping enough, not watching my salt intake and humidity

I have had the problem forever...diagnosed when in college I try not to have salt, sleep enough and avoid humidity. Two of those I have control over. Hoping to move to AZ when I retire.
