hello, I have a few questions for anyone with a hip disorder. I have a labral tear and detachment in my right hip. I'm not allowed to have surgery do to workers comp issues and weight. is there anyway to help ease the pain? I've tried physical therapy, Tylenol, hot and cold compress. I can't take ibuprofen due to my stomach issues. is there something that could help me not put pressure on my hip when I sit? I'm sorry this is a long post. my occupational med doctor isn't helping me and just would like to see if any of yall can help.
