There are times when it is absolutely ok to eat the same thing day after day. My dietitian told me in the beginning of recovery that anything is better than nothing, even if I repeat meals. Once I got further into recovery I started exploring my fear foods & branching out from safe foods. If you are able, a dietitian may be helpful! Wishing you the best on this journey 💛

absolutely! just make sure you’re eating enough food and getting all your vitamins and nutrients you can take supplements if that’s easier than different types of food

i would say depends on the situation. you will be malnourished no matter how much you eat most likely. but really depends on the nutritional value of said food and your activity level. however, if you struggle in general to eat in any way, then heck no. just keep eating and wait for those small moments of food curiosity and go for them! one day, things will change, and if not, go to the doctor and see if there is a medicine addition, sub, or deletion that may help if that is something that affects you.
