I’ve found that eating some carbs, waiting 10-15 min, then eating some fats/protein is helpful, especially if you’re not feeling super hungry. The carbs get your metabolism going a bit

Gentle exercise if it's safe for you, edibles if you're into that. For me oddly enough, those squeeze bottle drops that flavor water, especially MIO fruit punch, wake up my appetite.
