When did your eating disorder begin?

Mine started at age 14, so it's about four years now ❤️

I'm still struggling. The increased stress has made it even worse lately. I started at 14 and now at 40 its worse then ever.

I was 13 and I'm now 32 I still struggle with it till this very day. Actually more recently then I like to admit.

Mine was at 13 as well but it got worse as I'd age. Stress and anxiety triggers it but I'm recovery now and learning food is not something to cope with and that I shouldn't hate my body. That hunger is ok.

Mine started at age 13 I've relapsed maybe over 20 times in my life and currently have had a bad relapse. I'm 32 and I'm bulimic/anorexic. Did I ever think o would stop yes did I ever find myself doing this all over again at 32...no but I'm trying it's rough.
