Dealing with Nausea and Vomiting in Eating Disorders

Yes! It will go away after I drink some water or crackers or something but it sucks and usually happens to me mid morning

Yes I think this is caused by if not eating so much then wanting to eat or having to eat bc you're stomach grows smaller as you don't eat it's harder to eat larger portions of food and other reasons could be a fear of food etc

i feel sick at the thought of food. whenever i attempt to eat, i do feel nauseated after taking a bite or few
