What Can I Do to Ease Knee Pain and Swelling?

My condition has gotten worse over the past few months....My right knee aches and my knees and ankles swell. What can I do to ease the pain and swelling?

Is your swelling from retaining water? I have had that problem and I take Lisinopril / hydrochlorothiazide in the morning is the best time to take it it is a prescription that is two medications one for blood pressure and one is a water pill medication. Also a water pill that is stronger than that is called lasix works very well. These pills work better if you take them in the morning and also then you're not waking up having to go pee all night. So I suggest talking to your primary care.
